I have been coming here for years and have always been pleased! I moved away a while ago, but still make sure I come to get my nails done here when I am back in town. Hai did my nails today and was so helpful with picking out my colors, provided a great service, and gave me such a good massage!

If I could give less stars I would. The woman that did my pedicure found me very amusing and not in a good way . It was obvious that she was talking in her language about me . Very rude from moment one. I planned on getting acrylics and a pedicure but her total lack of professionalism I left after the shody pedicure . I don’t think she understood a word I was saying but I certainly knew she had an issue with me . Rude and sloppy . The other members (minus the American girl also rolling her dam eyes about me) were sweet . The salon is clean and well layed out but the service by these two woman awful . My friends nailsvare uneven and I hope she writes a review too.

first time visit was really great, i went to see Kim for a full gel set and she recommended gel x, it’s better for your nails and no harsh chemicals. extremely satisfied with the turn out!

So I usually go to this salon and I’ve never had any trouble usually they do exactly what I say and it turned out beautiful but this time around it was very frustrating the guy who did my nails he couldn’t understand me I kept having to repeat myself and even though I was telling him what I wanted and it was super simple manicure pedicure no color I just wanted my nail beds cleaned up and taken care of and he literally was pressing so hard during my manicure he didn’t take the cuticle but he was peeling layers of my nail off and I usually keep my nails pretty clean but that day I have been doing some pretty heavy duty outside work and I had dirt under my nails he didn’t clean under my nails so my nails still look dirty and it looks like I have peeling skin all around my fingers because of how he was cutting around my fingernail I asked for square and he rounded them out and didn’t really shape them at all I mean I feel like I walked in there with better looking hand then I walked out with
