I had been coming to this place to get my nails done for the past 7 years but that changes today. I like my nails short (no tip) but apparently you can’t get YOUR nails done the way YOU want them done because if it’s not the way your nail tech wants to do them, they’ll be aggressive with you, file deep into the sides of your nail, make you bleed and then blame you because you wanted them short. Screw this place, there’s plenty of other businesses in Amarillo to give your money to.

Walked in at 545pm they asked what I needed I said a fill and a pedicure no problem pick a color after waiting for 30 minutes asked which one I wanted could not do both because they close at 7pm I got the fill not completely what I asked for kept trying to do more than what I wanted or needed had 4 people walk in after me they got their service done very disappointed if I ever come back to Amarillo and need my nails done I will be looking for a different salon……. Update 2 days later while sweeping my floor I broke a nail I haven’t had a broken nail in over 2 years definitely NOT going back this place is awful

Went in they asked me to pick a packet I chose the $45 packet then they asked if I wanted hot wax but didn’t tell me it was $15 extra. And then asked if I wanted gel for the color again not mentioning that gel is $5 extra. So all said and done they said lack of communication. But they don’t communicate the prices up front so $45 turned into $65. And a week later the color came off one of my toes. Smfh

The truth I had my doubts to go there since I saw bad reviews but I still went and I do not regret it, the guy who attended me was kind and at all times asked me if everything was going well, I read in the bad comments that they pressure you to get there and ask for nails, but I think it’s their way of working and even if you ask them time to choose they are kind, In a certain part I liked it because the work they did was fast and well executed the only thing I would leave as advice is to clean and disinfect all their work tools at the time of serving each client since I did not see that and if it is something important but from there on everything very well for me.

I got a pedicure and manicure on Saturday afternoon as I was given a gift certificate. Within an hour, the polish started peeling. I returned Monday, as they were closed Sunday, only to be told that “regular” nail polish is only good for toes and that I would have to pay an additional $25 (on top of the $28 I paid Saturday) to get them fixed. I have worn nail polish for 40 years and NEVER had them start peeling within an hour. I would NOT recommend them.
