I went to Universal Nails for the first time today for a pedicure and was really impressed. The store was clean, team was attentive, and the results were amazing. I had a negative reaction to the sugar scrub on my leg but they took really good care of me, applying cool cloths and aloe until it was resolved. They were able to remove significant calluses from my heels: my feet and toes look great. I will definitely be back!

Edit: there are three pics. The last picture is 2 weeks later after a week in Florida at theme patrs and multiple swimming trips, including a lazy river. Still look exactly the same only grown out.

We came in at 6:30 (I was unable to get off work when I was supposed to) and the place was FULL. He asked what I needed, just polish on all the digits, and he said to come back in half an hour. Half an hour later we came back and he said another half an hour.. all the chairs were still full. I almost left, BUT, I am an officiant at a wedding tomorrow and didn’t want to be up there with ratchet fingers and toes. At 7:30, closing time, I began to worry they would close up without us being seen AND was stressing about keeping them there past closing, but she called me back right then.

I. Am. So. Pleased.

They are polished beautifully. Shiny, straight and gorgeous. The gentleman at the front was very friendly and welcoming and the lady who took care of me made sure I was satisfied with her work.

I will ABSOLUTELY be back for some pampering.

Absolutely amazing experience! My nails are beautiful! All the Staff is so kind! Went in with my sister and niece. All of our nails look amazing! I’m so happy with how well my nails turned out! They really took there time and did an amazing job! The place is also stunning! I really loved the decor. I can’t wait to go back ! I’m so happy my sister brought me here ! Update : came back a second time brought my daughter they were so so patient with her they walked her through the process. Told her everything they were doing! Absolutely amazing ! My daughter is 3 and loved it so much

Amazing experience here! All the bridesmaids got pedicures for my sister’s bridal shower and it was fantastic. The service was prompt and so friendly. The quality of pedicures were great, and two of us got gel manicures too. The facility feels clean and the massage chairs are super comfortable—highly recommend!

So friendly. I’ve been coming for about 6 months and I’ve never had a bad experience at this salon. Took me a while to find a good spot but so glad I did! Come check them out you won’t be sorry! Best massage chairs too!
