This is only my second time but I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon, I was referred by someone to go to this place but I feel like it’s a cash grab they don’t really listen at all or care too much. I had made an appointment and I called my nail tech I had seen before hand if I can come in earlier because my tips were lifting and it hasn’t even been three weeks! And I did call the number in her bio which is completely different from the salon number. I come for my appointment and she isn’t there but no one at the salon said anything. I go in and someone is sitting up front and I tell them repeatedly I’m here to see Sam and they just keep asking for what service I want and I’m like I have an appointment with Sam, we discussed it before hand. She looked really annoyed that I wouldn’t tell her and was like “okay just take a seat.” They seat me down and get a completely different person to my nails, now I didn’t say anything at first because when they were soaking my nails off I usually find it typical there can another person doing that just in case my usual nail tech is running behind but no she wasn’t even there and they didn’t even tell me even though I said I had an appointment with her. They just disregard it and sat me down to make some extra cash for the day. So they proceed to do my nails but are out of everything I wanted to do so I had to improvise everything and they didn’t even give good suggestions on what to do just “okay pick something else.” Now it’s been only a week and one of my gems fell off and some of the top coat is peeling off my nails. The last pic is what I wanted but with almond shape and they also got some of the red sns under my nails.

Great nail salon! Thomas did my pedicure and Sam did my designs and my nails. Love love love! Environment is super dope! Creative artist doing what they do best, thank you! Will definitely be back! 🫶🏽

I have been going here for a very long time now. Everyone is like family, and they are so nice and wonderful! They are good at designs, and they always know what I want! Great price, I am always well taken care of. I go to Sam and Tony the most but they are all great!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Thomas, Sam, and Victoria ate down on my nails, this will be my new spot. Everyone in the salon makes you feel like you have known them forever, love it love it love it

My new favorite nails spot, I hidden gem go to Ann, Sam, Jenny, Unique Nails Midtown and you wasn’t disappointed. They have cold drinks, beautiful atmosphere ultimate princess treatment!!10/10!!!! Must goooo.
