I’ve been to this nail a few times and the experience is usually fine. Prices have gone up several times for a gel manicure over the years which I get but the service doesn’t go up with it. Only the owner and maybe one other tech know what they’re doing in there and today I was unfortunate enough to have someone clearly inexperienced. I have long nails with an almond shape and asked for just a little bit of a trim down and to keep my existing shape. I left with way shorter nails than I wanted (it was too late to salvage once I saw how far down she went – there’s a barrier in between the chair and you can’t see much). The shaping is also horrific, I can’t believe I paid money for this. If you don’t know how to do an almond shape, just say that! Would’ve saved me from this experience. I won’t be returning.

Apparently you need an appointment, but they let me get a pedicure on a weekday around 5:30. This place was on my way home from work and there is a parking area which is a huge plus!! They accept card, but people mostly tipped in cash. They have a HUGE selection of nail polishes. Everything looked pretty cleaned. The salon has no price listing posted anywhere so ask before you get your service I guess. My pedicure was extremely basic and $30. The nail tech was very nice, but talked to her co worker or talked on the phone during the entire pedicure. Idk if it just me, but I like to relax and enjoy my pedicure. The pedicure was painful and she cut me so I can’t say it was relaxing. I’ll try some other salons before I come back to this one.

Came in for a regular pedicure which honestly started off fine! The woman proceeded to cut my nails extremely short and uneven. She pulled out the callus remover used it on me and put it right back in the drawer without cleaning it. The polish was rushed and done unevenly. Would not recommend coming here.

Been coming here for about two years. Today I was in for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I picked the GEL pedicure that was listed as $60. At the end when I was paying she failed to disclose that because I chose a gel polish it will be an EXTRA $25.00 just for the polish. I will never come back.

The staff is wonderful and so personable! Sylvia always greets me by name and helped make color recommendations for me for my wedding a few weeks prior. She also used a fabric sample I provided to help the mother of the bride make a nail color decision. Linda is also great. I’ve worked with her for waxing, and once for a pedicure, where she let me pick another color for a redo, since the initial color didn’t turn out nicely. They truly provide a personalized experience!
