This is bad!! We made appointments here for 2 for my mom’s birthday. She and her friend are regular customers. My manicurist said she had an appointment so I had to wait (even though I too had an appointment). I ended up with the worst pedicure and manicure I’ve ever had. The tech was in such a rush she stood up the whole time and my cuticles look like they did when I arrived. My mom has a punch card, they said she got $10 off for her birthday but the total for us both was $192.00!!! I only got a gel manicure and pedicure. I’m not even certain what I paid for AND I tipped. They took the punch card that was nearly full, stapled it to someone else’s receipt, lied about it, and wouldn’t give it back. My mom is 89 years old. What’s wrong with these people?

This happened a couple months ago, but I felt the need to share because I’ve never had this experience at any nail salon.
My manicurus chose the wrong size press-ons for nearly all my fingers. I didn’t complain because I figured she would paint the nail that’s sticking out or somehow make it look cohesive. Nope, her solution was to file the sides of my nails off!! It was extremely painful and took a really long time to grow back out.

I came today and i showed a picture to the girl what I wanted. She proceeded to do it and i told her soem of the lines were too thick and not even and she didn’t change it. She then also made my nails short leaving my thumb shorter she offered to put an acrylic because it was her mistake and it’s still short. Each nail looks completely different than the other. I don’t like to complain but if she couldn’t do it I would have just done a solid color. She apologized bc she knew i didn’t like them and didn’t offer for me to come in the the following day to have them re done. Not to mention i was bleeding in several fingers.

This place is amazing! I got exactly what I asked for, the prices are very comparable. We got free water and a small mimosa and felt very well taken care of. The girls were polite and asked questions but never pried and remained professional. 10/10 would recommend!
