They opened at 11am we were there at 11:30 for a full set and a pedicure, the employee wouldn’t allow us to get our nails done. Yet everyone else that walked in where able to get there nails done. We were the only Spanish people in there. Would that have been the cause… They close at 5pm so there should be no excuse.

The nails look good but legit I should’ve left the second the guy sat down drenched in sweat dripping on me with the dirties jacket and filthy nails I mean two inches under his nails in thick deep with crud. Whole feeding a baby bird. Nothing is wiped down from the tables to supplies it’s coated in dirt. I don’t know how you would be ok with such poor hygiene while doing nails. Will never go back worst 40 minutes of my life

Worst and most expensive Pedi and full-set U have gotten in my entire life !! The pedi ( bad shaping , bad painting & did not even take off all my cuticles ) I ended with nail polish all over my toes. I felt like they were rushing to go home which I understand but it would’ve been better if they would’ve told me NO. They charge me 100$ for that mess , I am beyond mad ! And like always they’re always talking their language between each other making it obvious it’s about you SO UNCOMFORTABLE!

I use to go here years ago don’t know why i stopped never a complaint came in today didn’t make a appointment they got me right in…🥰🥰 best nail place in Bethlehem Jason does a great job pedi and nails highly recommend

Pros: quick and thorough service. Nice job on basic nail application.

Cons: get ready bc its a book……they did not speak to me, did not ask questions or even appear to understand mine. I would have gotten an upgraded service if I’d realized it was an option before my service was finished. Technician told me he could not do nail art, I was very confused but by then already had tips glued on. I asked if he could do a French with the tips in different colors and he said yes. Then when it came time to paint them, he said I could only do one color. By the I was totally disappointed and gave up hope for any thing i walked in asking for. I allowed him to finish and he did produce a passable basic white French set. One is crooked and the acrylic is…lumpy? They will do. But it’s not what i wanted nor what i intended to get. And I guess the $100 I paid for a mani/pedi was not the worst. But friendlier service would have really made this easier to deal with. There was nearly 0 interaction despite me trying to be friendly. There was also a dead fly in the acrylic. I forgot to mention that when I paid, probably shouldn’t have let them continue with the service. But whatever at this point i was already crying in public. Also they did not put any cuticle oil on my finger nails or use a hot towel I didn’t really get much of a leg massage and they didn’t put anything in the pedicure water it was just cold water not even really warm

Edit to add: been home 5min and already have Chips and weird black dots on the white
