We came in here to shop and this last pretty sure the manager followed us because we had a child thinking our kid messes with the makeup in stores I’m guessing , when we went near a certain item she literally ran from behind the counter across the floor almost 40 feet away to make sure we weren’t letting our kid touch anything, all over a very unpleasant experience all of the rest of the staff was polite and helpful. But we could feel her gazing stare the entire time we shopped very unprofessional!

Salon offers a variety of services. I like that they take appointments 7 days a week. Sarah is very good and I have followed her from another salon
They are lucky to have her.

I paid to get my makeup done. Oh my lord I took it all off right after I left the salon. Not only did I waste money but I also had higher expectations and they failed.

I got an Ulta gift card for my birthday so I could get my hair cut. Last time I was there in Nov. 2022 I had Keeva(sp?) cut my hair and I loved it. She doesn’t work there anymore so I tried Sara Ann. I showed her the picture of the cut I got before and said I wanted it a few inches shorter, but still the layers with the space between layers. She straight up chopped my hair off. Unfortunately for me I have to take my glasses off while it gets cut and I couldn’t tell how bad it was until she’s drying it and straightening it. I had her stop bc she hadn’t even framed my face and it was so blunt at the bottom like a bob cut. I told her I didn’t like it bc it had hardly any layers and I asked her to point cut it so it didn’t look so blunt. She made excuses about how this length looks like that no matter what blah blah blah. I tried to get her to frame my face more as well. By the end she was rushing bc she had another client waiting and I knew there was no hope for her to fix it without possibly making it so short I can’t live with it. Who knows if she could have fixed it anyways. The pictures I’m including are of the original style I asked for and then two of my butchered hair. I’m really upset and I don’t know what else to do besides let it grow out and try to find a new stylist. I’m warning other women who might have the same experience. Definitely not worth $50. 😭
