I recently had the pleasure of getting my hairstyle at Ulta beauty. I did not know that they do this here. I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked into the salon, I felt welcome and comfortable the atmosphere was great.

Hair stylist Jenny took the time to listen to my ideas and preferences before offering their professional advice. They were incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and I could tell they genuinely cared about delivering the best results.

During the styling process, Jenny paid attention to every detail and made sure I was happy with each step. They were patient, attentive, and had a great eye for creating a hairstyle that suited me perfectly. I felt like a VIP throughout the entire appointment.

I finally had some money so I wanted to treat myself to a high end foundation that was my shade, Alyssa helped me, we tried a specific brand but the shades weren’t matching me. But her expertise choose a foundation perfect for me. She was very kind and understanding. Amazing job I’m very very satisfied:)

My daughter and I went today to get the scalp massage and a haircut for myself. Cheyenne helped me and Kelcey helped my daughter. We were so happy with our whole experience! I didn’t know they had these services. I definitely recommend them! They were so careful with my daughter’s need for gluten free products. Love the haircut and styles for both of us!

I like to shop at Ulta. The employees are friendly. But the upkeep is lacking. For example, I was looking for a certain shampoo and when I got a closer look there were layers of dust on all the shelves, and they were so unorganized. Other areas, in some of the makeup depts, were also filthy, messy and some were practically empty. For a place that sells some expensive items, I would think it would be kept up nicer. There seems to be a lot of employees standing around a talking to each other instead of maybe cleaning up a little.
