Visit today to check gucci perfume and the tester is inside the shelves with lock.
I wanna check the new one and add to my another favorite gucci guilty one if i like it but i left the store disappointed.
Nobody help me there.
There are some associates there just talking and not helping people when i go back to them where they stand before, they’re gone!
Usually i don’t need help, but when the items i need is in locked i needed help!
I want that gucci tho. So sad did i not get it today! SO DISAPPOINTING!

5 Hours later and I left with 2” of BLACK roots and brass hair color…I was met with the rudest manager who told me that I wasn’t charged with the colorists time of 5 hours? and harassing phone calls when I tried to get satisfaction with the company and not pay for the service…will NEVER go there again…RUN so upsetting

I am thoroughly appalled by my recent experience at the Ulta store in Enfield, CT, where the level of incompetence was staggering. The staff there seemed utterly clueless and inept, lacking the basic skills required to handle simple customer service interactions. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was not only disappointing but also infuriating.

I had my son attempt to pick up an online order, expecting a routine transaction. However, we were met with absurd demands for a copy of my photo ID to be sent by SMS, which was wholly unnecessary and inappropriate. Further, it would not prove my identity- it would only expose me to identity theft. When I tried to resolve the issue by officially updating the pickup person’s name in their system, I was bluntly informed that they couldn’t accommodate such a “complex” request as reprinting a receipt.

The situation escalated further when my son put the store manager on the phone. She displayed a profound lack of professionalism and common sense. She continually spoke over me belligerently repeating that they have a policy to enforce until I forcefully made it clear that I had already made the necessary update online. It took considerable discussion before she finally acknowledged the change.

Having been a loyal Diamond status customer who has invested thousands of dollars into Ulta over the years. I expect a far more sensible and flexible response. This dismissive experience has significantly tarnished my view of Ulta’s customer service standards. They seem to prioritize rigid policy enforcement over customer satisfaction. It’s a stark contrast to my experiences at Sephora, where I am treated with respect and professionalism and appreciated for my status as a Rogue member. I am seriously considering cancelling my Ulta account and taking my business where it is appreciated. This level of service is not only a disservice but an insult to any customer.

I’ve been here twice and both times the employee has been so rude to me over declining to give them my info for the rewards points or whatever.
I’m not shopping here anymore. I’ll go to Sephora in Kohl’s instead. They have always been more than nice to me there

I would give zero if I could, will never go there again. I lost my wedding ring there and the manager was rude enough to say no matter what we are not gonna help you in anyway because it is a policy! The worst place and customer service ever
