I had the best experience at this Ulta! I went in and asked for help choosing a foundation, and Erin took such great care of me! Not only did she help me find the perfect foundation, she also helped me find great skincare products to help with my specific needs. She took the time to use each product on me as well, so I could really see the difference in my skin! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wish the customer service was this outstanding everywhere! Thank you, Erin!!

I got dizzy, bout passed out. The sales associates were very helpful. One got me a chair to set in & another got me some cold water. Stayed with me til I felt better.

Went in today for an exchange; prior person that helped with a shade choice suggested a shade too yellow and dark; needed to exchange. The person in cosmetics was a tall woman with long brown hair; and she had a definite attitude of ‘I can’t be bothered’ when I asked if someone could assist. Another person helped me and even she didn’t seem trained at all about how to go about choosing the right shade. Gheesh – this is supposed to be a ‘cosmetics mecca’ but no one here seems to like their job or have had any training. Such poor customer service and they get paid for that! If they aren’t happy here, they shouldn’t be working in a customer driven environment.

Store was clean. Bad customer service from most employees except for the lovely dark haired woman with glasses and the benefit brow shirt on. She was extremely nice. Can’t speak the same for the rest of the employees. Sheeesh
