Did you know that you cannot return an item WITH your receipt unless you are ‘member’ and provide them with all your personal information? Lots of cool products, but I’m not shopping there again.

I came here about a week or two ago coming in just for some serum I saw on TikTok and I walked to the skincare section and met Amber and a nice lady who’s name I can’t remember (sorry 🥹) told me immediately no to not get that brand, instead Amber who was very helpful… guided me through all skincare and asked me the right questions!! It’s like she knew!!! The products she recommended for me did cost me some $ but it was super worth it cause it helped all the way! Like I said it’s been a week or two and my skin has really cleared and improved and I really wanna appreciate her for that !! If you want some skincare advice and don’t know where to start, talk to Amber! She’s the best!!!

Customer service is Awful!
Lines are long, with only one employee checking out, while other employees stand around and talk, etc.
Shelves are not restocked.
Once I showed a manager that an item was open& partially used, I was told they would have to throw it away, only for it to be returned to the shelf the next day.

Usually have a great experience at this location from shopping to the salon, but today was the first time I’ve had an associate be rude. He was the gentleman standing at the door near close. Only reason I gave it a 4 were all of my other experiences.
