on sunday march 10th, i was in the store to do some shopping and the line was incredibly long with only one cashier on the registers and bless her heart but she looked so stressed out. i got to the register and the cashier (Deja) greeted me and apologized for the long line and she asked for help over the radio and i saw with my own eyes a woman named Nicole look at her and literally tell here she’s not going to help because she was busy even though she was just packing up bags on the side. i think that’s SO rude of that Nicole girl to literally see how long the line was and refuse to help. something needs to be done about Nicole. also there was VERY poor customer service from a lady doing the mobile check outs as we weren’t even told that was a thing and nobody was grabbing customers out of the line. i am EXTREMLY disappointed and annoyed by the lack of customer service on a very obviously busy day and the unprofessionalism to not help out their fellow coworkers who were obviously struggling and swamped to actually do their job.

Went looking for this mineral nail powder. Originally, I saw it at the anne arundel store but the holiday line was too long and store was hot! So, I went to the waldorf store but they didn’t have it. Sales lady, so nice she helped me look it up to order it. Couldn’t find it. Disappointed but she was such a sweetheart.
