Getting your hair done here if you get color is a bit of a challenge. I had a bad experience where my stylist told me once sitting in his chair that he worked overtime for the week and didn’t have time to do what I wanted and for me to come back (this happened twice then he called in sick the third time I came in to get my hair done). Leslie the customer service manager gave me a discount and was great but the other stylist had to stay late and do my hair which she was noticably pissed about. Just weird vibes and not the best customer service overall everyone there seems kindve miserable and maybe overworked? Thank you Leslie though for trying your best, I appreciated that and do really love my hair, the staff just could be a little nicer.

Manager Leslie and her staff were not available to assist with the simple task of showing me their MAC eyebrow pencils. Cashier informed me that the person scheduled to work that department can’t be found. Unacceptable! Very poor service

I came in last night to browse through the fragrance section. I was taking my time with going back and forth between the scents to figure out what I really liked. I received excellent customer service from Ariella who was very warm and kind and checked on me without being too intrusive. I observed her giving other customers her thorough attention and suggestions. We need more sales clerks like this in retail.

I did a product and procedure inspection here sometime last week. Although I’m sure they figured out who I was and what I was doing already. I want to say thank you to the associate that walked me around in the store helping me find every product that I was looking for thank you I appreciate you kindly. This ultra location is everything that you expect from the company of the statute. Ladies I’m sure you would love this place. It’s definitely worth checking out.?
