Since It was my first time at this Ulta I wanted to know where I could find the product I was looking for, the cashier was rude to me when I ask for help and came across as passive aggressive. I felt like leaving because of her behavior, but I made the trip. The manager should definitely give a new training on proper customer service.

Very rude and poor service, seems like they choose and pick to who they give gifts on their purchases, if we go to the store is because obviously we also have the money to pay for what we want. They really need to improve their customer service and treat everyone equally.

1st time here and last. I had high expectations from this store. No one tried to help me out. Most products and testers are no where to be found. I’ll try another location.
