i wish this store was better!! good selection, good items, good stock, but my GOD it’s so hard to get an associate’s attention! every time i come in, they’re just chatting with each other. i made 3 laps around the store to try and get help and walked by at least 4 associates and not one of them stopped their convo to ask for help. as an old employee, it drives me bonkers. the cashiers are always SO sweet though and pay extra attention.

Vivianna and Micha were very helpful and literally walked me around the store to help me find the perfect highlight shade. I often get overwhelmed by all the choices in beauty store they made me feel very welcomed and not like a burden. Thanks again and stay kind and beautiful. 😊💕

If you want excellent customer service, DO NOT COME HERE! I know I could go up to a sales person and ask what I want but it should be their job to ask if I’m looking for anything or if I need help. I didn’t even get a hello when I walked through the door.

The store at this location is very poorly managed. On Friday before Christmas, there was a line that went through the store. The store only had one cashier. There were three Ulta employees, laughing, and talking and peeling stickers standing at the counter, but refusing to help customers. They kept looking at the line and laughing. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in an Ulta store and I’ve been shopping there for years. They definitely need to fire the store manager and hear somebody new if they want to maintain their image. Everyone in the entire line was a palled at the actions of these employees.
