I love Ulta. I love what they offer and I love their products. the sales clerks are quite buggy sometimes tho. I swear every 2 minutes a different one is asking if I need something.. Can’t a girl just browse without being harrassed?

Employee or manager with light-colored curly haired wig kept staring at my sister and her friends and kept circling them very inconspicuously while they browsed products, this happened after my sister’s friend had dropped a perfume bottle on the floor on accident. Nothing broken, it was returned to the shelf. Made the entire experience uncomfortable. Still unsure of their motive for this behavior but they had even continued to eye us down from inside the store as we left all the way to our car which prompted us to feel threatened.

I just had the best experience, Rebecca at the Chanel counter saw I was struggling to pick out fragrance & she really helped me when I told her what I was looking for something fresh but not too floral she hit it on the head. I genuinely feel like she was a friend by the time I left. If you want help and honest opinions Rebecca’s your girl!

Super pushy Chanel saleslady who shoved a super expensive cologne down my throat. When I returned it the next day she asked me to return it to a different store so it wouldn’t go against her numbers! Middle-aged caucasian lady.

Very disappointed. Came in to get my “birthday gift” … Walking from my home with my child to go shopping for my birthday just to be turned away when they said I needed a barcode and that I should be calling customer service in order to receive a sample item once I spoke with the manager she was very rude and unhelpful in resolving the situation won’t be coming back to this Ulta… every year I walk in, grab my gifts, purchase a few things and go. Didn’t think it was okay to refuse a paying customer their gift but I guess that is how they treat a customer on their birthday
