Couldn’t find anyone to help us in the over 45 minutes we were there until the last 5. Must have caught everyone on a break. When we finally did get help, it was very good. Selection on products was full, well stocked and clean.

Madison was patient, kind and provided us with exceptional customer service. She answered all our questions and even gave us some helpful tips. We stopped at Ulta this evening around 6:20, and the cashier, who was slim and Hispanic, checked us out. While examining us, she was really nasty and had a bad attitude. The client service was not at all pleasant!
