Nikki is the best! I love having her as my stylist and I always leave feeling happy and refreshed. She does great color and takes the time to explain each step in your hair process. I have had both bright fuchsia/purple and red highlights. Her assistant Mary was so great to talk to as well and I felt as if we knew each other in another life with how great the conversation flowed! Anissa is also very helpful and easy going. I enjoy sharing all my spooky ghost stories and gossiping about everyday life. My very curly hair can be difficult to manage but Nikki always comes through! Thank you all so much for providing the best service and making me feel comfortable every time I sit in the salon chair. See you soon!

Let me start off by saying that apart from everyone at this location was amazing overall, Annette definitely deserves a shoutout. She was so helpful and patient with my millions of questions. Made me feel so much more comfortable in the store and made sure to match me as perfect as possible. Being nervous to ask for help she jumped right at it and showed such amazing customer service. She definitely knows what she is doing and knows her makeup very well. Definitely deserves recognition for her phenomenal work.

I used to love to come to this store. Staff are very nice and friendly.
Just did the return today. I did return some products at this store, there was no problem. Charlotte made it difficult and uncomfortable for me today. Why you return this and that. Assuming that I didn’t know how to use the product with the attitude to made me look stupid? These days people do hair laser removal, no need to shave.
unlike Sephora they just ask if the product has been used and that’s it.

I arrived at the store in less than two minutes accompanied by my daughters, one 12 and one three, and I wanted to spend money in the store and I just asked the cashier if there was someone who could try the shade of foundation for my face and she called security to let me know. When she kicked me out, I felt terrible and humiliated. I don’t know why she did that. I only came in as a customer, the only thing I wanted was to buy 🥺

I don’t know if all Ultas are like this, but this store has the worst customer service every single time I go in. There is never anyone to help or guide you really have to beg for help. It seems like a lot of disgruntled employees very negative attitudes always… There is one manager that is nice. There is a guy that works there that wears all black and chains kind of idea and he is crazy rude. Sephora is complete opposite these two stores are like. I live very close to the store but next time I’m going to go to another location. It never fails here rude rude workers!
