Went in store today for the Spring Haul event. Immediately, Jay greeted me warmly. Denice helped to color match my IT cosmetics purchase, offered a seat for my toddler, went to the back to get me a blush after seeing that all the ones on the shelf had been tested and then recommended a great primer for me. Jay co-signed the primer recommendation. Overall, impressed by my customer service today and wanted to say thank you!

Great products but awful pushy and petty employees. The very elderly lady at the counter could not complete a sentence without further pestering me about creating a new account. Great customer service isn’t about talking behind a customers back immediately after making a purchase either.

This review is about Nathan, I wish I could’ve apologized in person but I didn’t want it to be awkward. My sister was being a little too much asking questions, changing things last minute, asking about stuff and I felt really bad but Nathan had no problem well, doing his job. I work in retail myself and know how annoying customers like that can be so I really appreciate how patient he was with us. What stood out to me was his ability to be able to make small talk with us and just being sweet during our whole transactions (because I know I can’t do that lol). I was a little embarrassed about my sister that I wanted to leave the store right away and I didn’t even notice I left one of our bags behind. I didn’t hear him yelling to us that we forgot our bag and honestly would’ve driven away up until another customer came up to us and told us he wanted to run up to us outside of the store to give it to us, but he couldn’t leave the store. TELL ME THAT ISN’T SWEET! I drove up embarrassed again we cracked a few jokes and drove away. Yes, with retail I know you are supposed to go above and beyond with customers but my whole interaction with Nathan felt very genuine and sweet. Can’t thank him enough

I had a hair appointment with Allyssa last month. She was not very friendly and seemed to be in a bad mood. I was cold and uncomfortable by myself in the back of the salon. When rinsing my hair, she didn’t check the temperature and the water was freezing cold. I had to tell her the water was like ice cold because she wasn’t paying attention. I’ll never return here. Ulta does not have professional hair stylists. Shame on you Allyssa.

Lots of products. Went in for a beauty blender and was not hard to find with a wide selection of blender options too which was assuring. Store was somewhat busy, a small line at the register.
