The place seems always clean and friendly staff. I have seen some items locked away and not on display due to people not controlling themselves. But aside from that everything else is looking good. It always smells really nice lol. It is located in a calm, nice area and more to shop around.

Always find exactly what I need for skincare. Organized and well priced. Good quality. The staff that I’ve interacted with in the skincare sections have been very knowledgeable about product brands, how to apply them, when to use them, and key ingredients. We’ll done Ulta. You’ll always have me as a customer there. I like this location in the foothill Blvd, Pasadena one.

Every time I go here none of the products I am looking for are in stock. In the high end beauty side the selves are always bare. Not even new or trendy products. Basics are never in stock. Always a frustrating experience here. Today I expressed that frustration after an employee said no stock was in the drawer under the display. “Out of stock” I was told. I went on shopping only for her to find me later with some of the product I wanted that she found in the back. I appreciate her going to look further but it seems like people are not staying on top of their jobs to keep items on selves if they do truly have them in stock. (I was still unable to buy the item, ALL the shades of the powder I was looking for were not on the shelf. She found 2 shades in the back)
