Conrad is an absolute gem here. I always loved coming to Ulta and had no idea they had a salon in the back. I’ve been searching for 3 years to find a stylist who can cut and style a pixie cut to my liking and Conrad did not disappoint. He is so personable, sweet, and absolutely talented. He listened, took inspiration from my photos, but also had fun with the cut. I could never find someone who would be willing to just take a hair razor to my hair to texture it and Conrad did just that. I could not have asked for a more amazing stylist. 100/10 will definitely be back!

Several weeks ago I went to purchase a new foundation. I told the sales person that I did NOT want a foundation with any yellow in it. The next morning I asked a much younger lady her opinion on my new foundation. Her first, honest comment was that it was way too yellow! So a few days later I went back to Ulta to exchange the foundation for a better color. This is the point where I met Basil. A very sweet young woman who not.only listened to me but took her time to find the best match. During the time it took to match my skin color to the foundation she listened to our conversation. She made recommendations to help with my needs and I was happy to purchase several things that are already working. I also listened to Basil. So I went next door to Pet Co and had fun picking out several toys and treats for her kitty to thank Basil for her help and hearing just what I said. It’s great to know Ulta has people working there who care about us very vain people, lol! Thank you Ulta……Basil, I thank you from a special place in my heart🐾🐱🐈‍⬛🐈🐾

I’ve had my hair colored twice by Conrad at the salon inside Ulta and I’m over the moon pleased with the results. He is a gifted colorist and knows exactly what products to recommend for at-home maintenance. I’ll be back next month for a refresh.

Stylists are great and have been taking good care of my hair now for over a year now. Booking is so easy and the array of services offered is pretty large. I highly recommend this place. And…don’t forget to tip your stylist!
