I have been coming here almost 2 years now since K and his team took over the salon. I have been here in the past with the previous owners and what a difference it is now. They are always kind, accommodating and they always explain if there will be an up charge before hand so there is no confusion. Today I had a special design done and they told me before there would be a charge for the design which was fine and expected but nice that they tell you ahead of time. Try them out you will not be disappointed ! Picture to show how great of a job they really do !!

When I started coming here a year ago to do my feet, I would feel satisfied especially with the older lady , however they have became extremely rude especially , ‘K’ and “Meow Meow” or whatever her name is . They change prices every time ( same service every time you go but you pay a different amount each time guaranteed) , give an attitude when you do not want their extra services and worst off , it makes no sense to make an appointment because you still wait for over an hour before you are seen. Extremely disappointed in how they have been treating customers and then expect for you to give them a tip. When you don’t because honestly they don’t deserve it, they speak amongst themselves in their language then dismiss you. I really liked here in the past but trust me , yesterday was the last straw.

After 2-3 years of being a loyal customer, and thousands of dollars later, I was behooved by the treatment I received on 5/19/24. I had an appointment with The owner as usual, he was busy when I arrived, a different new person started my nails, I asked the owner when he would be ready for me, he said I did not specify my appointment was with him??? After 2 years, really? I’ve never had to specify before.. There is another person named Jackie that has done my nails but he was not there and I did not ever request him. So I proceeded to let this new person continue and realized the owner was in the back eating. I felt so disrespected and unimportant, its too bad! Horrible after almost 3 years!

I love coming here I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years! I love K he is the best and everyone I recommend they love and have been part of the U2 nails family 💅 they special in medí and pedi every enjoyable experience and also in acrylic with a large variety of nail colors polishes gels etc and also designs!

SHAM!! I paid $85 for UV gel set on groupon…THINKING I GOT a DEAL! Their regular price was $120! LIARS!! I walk in the salon, there are better prices! $55-$75 for UV set & A PEDICURE. They became defensive RUDE and dismissed me..INSTEAD OF ACCOMMODATING. Told me to contact groupon for a refund. I decided to do my nails due to a hectic schedule. The manicurists started discussing between themselves..about me and another lady, not knowing I UNDERSTAND! Fake, rude, and judgemental. I decided to keep calm, finish my nails, walk out, AND NEVER GO BACK. Nails were definitely NOT worth $85. very thin and chipped after 4 days and my cuticles have never been worse!
