Went in for a fill, didn’t have an appointment but was still taken care of. They turned out beautiful, I absolutely love them! If I lived closer I’d probably go here regularly. Good pricing as well and they were very friendly. 👍

Horrible customer service. I had an appointment for a full set manicure and a gel pedicure. I arrived early and I’m not kidding the owner spent 10 minutes on my pedicure, no massage, no hot stones, and a cold towel. Then the woman painted my toenails quickly (which at that point I appreciated because I felt so uncomfortable!) and charged me over $40!!! My feet and ankles are cut up and super painful due to scratches because everything was so rushed. They didn’t even bother to try to do my hands. I was in and out in 20 minutes!! I have been a customer here for years and have never felt so awful to come in. I will never be back. Happily take my service across the street to Nail Masters!!!

They refused to do the nails that I wanted: ombre acrylics, even tho i offered to pay $$ extra. I settled for the traditional short square French tips, and they look o.k., but definitely are not the quality job that I was hoping for – which I’m sure reflects in the price, which was very inexpensive ($35). Had i noticed the price ahead of time, i might not have gone here – instead I depended on the google reviews, which all seemed great! 😐 Maybe they were mad at me for asking for ombre acrylics, so they didnt do as nice of a job, I dunno… 🙄

Super disappointing. Very expensive and charged me extra for shaping my nails in a basic almond and I even had to ask her multiple times to fix the shape and even had to take the file to fix it. I have had acrylics for years and have never had to do this. They weren’t super friendly and I was super disappointed with the overall finish of my toes and nails with the gel.
