If you’re okay with getting an infection with your pedicure or having your nail lady use your card to steal money from your account then this is your place. I really tried to be peaceful when negotiating with them regarding the incident, only for them to treat me negatively. I understand everyone is making a living. But the fact that they went out of their ways to use my debit card without my consent was unjustified. Save yourself the headache and time. I had to go to InstaCare to take care of my infection. Never again!! . Just go somewhere else where they will take care of you and your well being.

This place is honestly a hit or miss. I usually have amazing experiences and love the nails I end up with but I went in today with a friend for a gel manicure and didn’t have the best experience. Several of my cuticles were cut and on the verge of bleeding and very painful. Both of our nails also came out splotchy and textured which is super disappointing as I wanted to show my friend this place. The prices also rose considerably which would normally be understandable, I just wish that was explained more clearly at the beginning of the appointment; I don’t feel like the nails I got today were worth $40….
I’ve had amazing experiences here, it just really depends on who is doing your nails. In the end, just disappointed and (physically) hurting from my butchered cuticles.

I have always had great experiences here so I sent my daughter here to get her nails done for her birthday and she was in tears when she came back! The nails are the worst I’ve EVER seen and she said the nail tech was so rude. They almost look dirty and they are terribly done! I will be calling to have them fixed or a refund! If I could give negative stars I would!

I got shellac done and it started chipping just a few hours after I left the salon. The next day, the shellac started bubbling up until it totally chipped in the center on 3 other fingers. I went back to the salon to fix it yesterday so they redid my entire shellac manicure. It is chipping again today! I have gotten shellac done for the past 7 years and it has never chipped/bubbled up like this.
The problem is either that the nail polish is old and/or the shellac drying lamps are not working.
I don’t have time to go back a third time so I will just have to take it off.

Edit: 2 months later, my nails are still damaged by the drilling the nail technician did to fix my shellac.
