I flew in on a Friday from out of town for a conference and decided to get my nails done. After reading a few reviews in the area, I decided to go with this nail salon. I called and was immediately penciled in. I got a mani and pedi. Because that service was great, I decided to experiment with lashes for the first time, too! My lashes were done naturally as requested. Everything was perfect and the team was super kind! I wish I took the name of the lady that did my nails! If I ever come back to Houston, I’m definitely coming back here!

Great! The ladies are super kind and accommodating. The prices are much better than most places.
Only thing is, they were kinda busy but I chose to do a walk in. So try and make an appointment in advance if you want in and out faster 🙂

Only reason I’m giving two stars is because they were nice people. I went and received a French tip acrylic rebase and the shape of my nails were horrible (i asked for almond shape), the acrylic itself was very bumpy and the paint for the French was very uneven. After 3 days my nails were already lifting and one cracked. They also cut my finger. I was hoping for the best because of the pictures online but I don’t believe those styles were done here…

Nice atmosphere, very friendly ladies. A very CLEAN establishment. They were very particular to clean up throughly after each client where necessary. The only real problem I experienced was that the employees frequently conversed in their native language, which I felt was a little rude, being that almost 100% of their clients are not of Asian decent. A person might get the impression that maybe an employee was adversely talking about the client. Other than that, my pedicure and manicure with nails were excellent!!!

Everything was fine up until it came to my nail color choice. Before I got started with them, I showed a picture of what I wanted and the nail tech nail she could do it. I wanted a light brown beige, with a chrome brown as a tip. the nail tech told me they didn’t have the beige brown color, cool. I chose another option closest to what I wanted, when she put it on me it wasn’t the same color I picked on the color wheel. I chose a different color and same thing, the color didn’t match what I had picked. I chose two more different colors again and they both did not match the color I had chose. Then when I expressed once more in frustration that the colors weren’t the same as they’re displayed on the color wheel, she said that they were all going to look off and not the same as the display. So I settled for a color I didn’t want because she got an attitude with me after I told her I wanted to speak to a manager replying, “you can speak to me, I speak English” I personally did not have a good experience. I’m extremely disappointed to have spent $70 for the service I received and to not get what I had anticipated. They’re good for an actual pedicure experience but don’t expect for your color to be what you picked out.
