Horrible service and rude staff. Went for pedicure and I had filled out a card of service and was eligible for a free manicure. They were annoyed I didn’t want the highest priced pedicure and then she was rough made my toe bleed and then just dunked it in the water and wiped it on a cloth that I know they wash and reuse, horrible infection control, the tools were disgusting they I’m getting a tetanus shot to be safe… then my manicure was so rushed, she didn’t wait for the layers to dry before applying the next so even having them dry for 20 plus minutes was not enough because the layers underneath just smudged. She was rushing and so tough again she cut my cuticle on my finger and had me bleeding AGAIN! No apology just kept wiping it and dunking it in the water dish. So displeased and disgusted. 60$ later!! Not to mention the entire place is just nasty and unkept. They have staff sitting around in their phones but can’t bother to dust or wash their walls for god sake! 0/10 do not go here!

I got a gift certificate as a gift so went here to get a pedicure. I haven’t been in a year or 2 because I have not liked the services there over the past few years, they weren’t like they used to be. The lady who did my pedi was nice. The gel polish came out good. She did cut my cuticle though…but overall she was good. However, when I paid…with my gift certificate and then 15$ in CASH plus tip (cash only for tips…they have signs everywhere) the owner did not give me correct change back. He shorted me 4$. I told him and he said “no, that’s fee for gift card”. Umm..,why am I being charged a fee to use a gift certificate? He repeated what he said the first time. Due to that and the fact that they are ridiculously expensive now…I definitely will not be going back again. It’s a shame, that used to be the best place around.

I had Such a horrible experience yesterday. I made An appointment for 3:45. I got the younger guy with a hat. He was unpleasant. He made it feel as if I was an inconvenience. It has been a long time since I treated myself to a pedicure and gel
Manicure. I usually do it myself. Anyways, the pedicure was rushed and he left my pink polish on my baby toes and painted over them. My color was light so you could see it. He also missed part of my big toe. He told me to go to another table for my nails. I kept Looking at my toes and then decided to tell him I wasn’t happy. I said I’m in a wedding this weekend and I do not have time to go home and repaint my toes. I showed Him what was wrong. He blamed it on the color so had me pick another color. I felt as if I had to go dark since he didn’t fully remove the color I had on when I came in. He was annoyed and threw my sandals on the floor and repainted my toes. Where he left excess color or my skin. At this point I wanted to be done. But I needed my nails done. I got A French gel manicure. He took forever to do this. My nails are not all the same shape and once again seemed as if I was inconveniencing him by being there. He was definitely talking poorly about me and I have never been so uncomfortable and wanting to leave some place so bad. My heel today is sore. He was very rough, yet my heel is still rough and not soft. I still have gave a tip because that’s the person I am. My kids both play expensive sports and I’m not one to do stuff for myself. So after a few years of not paying to get my nails/toes done and then having this experience it’s just very disappointing. I will not be back here and I’m just so upset at how terrible It was. Instead of relaxing, I was tense and could not wait to leave this place. Also I was there for so long that I missed the window to pick up my maid of honor dress. I now Have to rearrange my schedule today to go back to that part of town to pick it up. I’m just sick over this experience and just wanted to warn people. If you want a relaxing experience with a nice finished product, do not go to the guy here or better yet go somewhere else. My toes looked better when I went in there than when I left.

Workers Make you feel uncomfortable as they talk amongst eachother in their
Language and give you a cold shoulder. And still due to the convienence I still gave them my business.

Came back the next morning due to
A dent in more than half my nails. They tried to brush me off and said they were too
busy. SMH. Nahhhh you ain’t that busy. Your next customer gonna have to wait…. Yeah I’m all set. I won’t be going back. Disappointed and Disgusted!!!

Edit: these nails started chipping after 1 day. I was absolutely devastated having chipped nails for my best friends wedding that happened 1 day after I got my nails done. My 10 year old daughter received the SAME gel manicure at FULL PRICE and they were completely fallen off by day 4. I know a child’s nails is not going to stay as long as mine but I paid $100 with tips only to have them chip and fall off within days. I’m on the hunt for a new nail salon again

This place is unlike any other I’ve tried around town. They really take the time to do your nails beautifully and I’ve never been dissatisfied. The amount of time they spend on the customer is refreshing. This new nail color is by far the most beautiful color I’ve had my nails before! They used magnets to shift the glitter ✨
