Let’s start by saying that I was the customer walking in at 7:10PM asking if it was too late to get my nails done when they closed at 7:30. He said no and sat me down and got to working. Chin did an amazing job with my dip nails! He took his time and paid attention to detail enough though he was staying late! Don’t worry! I left Chin the tip he deserved and I will be back later this week to get the pedi done next! If you go here you should definitely ask for Chin! He will do an AMAZING job!

I got there, and they sat me right away to soak off my previous set and then forgot I existed. The tips of my fingers and my thumbs got chemical burns. It’s almost been a week, and my hands are still dry from the damage. I stayed to finally get the set I asked for, which was a light pink/peachy square French set–you know what I got? I got a regular white tip French set, even though when he asked his boss if that was it, I corrected him and said politely, no, I want peach pink tips. He completely ignored me. I also had initially asked for a white flower on my ring fingers and this man was going to put a sticker, I would have understood if he couldn’t create nail designs but he waited last minute to tell me that’s what he was going to do. The placement of said sticker was not even good or even. So I politely asked him to take off the sticker before it ruined them even more and asked for top coat. I decided then I would just write a review and never go back, which I don’t usually do but I feel wronged. I will say after I rejected this man’s sticker, he did tell the manager and she offered to do the design for me, which was nice but I declined. I was in pain and I really wanted to leave. She asked if I was OK after the service and I should’ve made a scene and explained how i felt but I chose to leave. Because in that moment I felt awful, I really just needed to breath fresh air. I forgot to mention my nails were soaking for 2 hours. This place does have really great prices, the set I got was just 45 dollars and touldve been 65 had I gone else where. So if you want basic, cheap nails they’re great. My nails did turn out ok even if it’s not what I asked for. Photo of what I asked for, for reference.

THESE PEOPLE CUT ME LITERALLY AND WANTED ME TO PAY! 😭 This place is full of it don’t go here worse place in Tyler literally cut me and DEMANDED I PAY ! Left the blood all over the tools and tried to continue THE SANITATION IS LOW !!!! I LITERALLY RAN OUT AND NOW THEY ARE LYING SAYING THEY DIDNT CUT ME ! Look at the picture they are liars! I literally have her on video 🤣!

As soon as we entered we were placed in a seat and this was the first place I saw after I moved here !!!! My nails not only came out beautiful af they only were $38 dollars Tyler nails will always have me as A customer

On 5/5/22 I visited this establishment for 1 intended service(pedi) and left with 4…pedi, eyebrow wax, eyelash extension, and the “HENNA” technique .(for enhanced definition of my eyebrows.)🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. Let me start by stating I was a WALK-IN. Traffic was very slow, as the weather being bad may have been the culprit for this,however it was a Thursday evening. There was one other customer, and her service was a pedicure. There is only 2 technicians at this location. My overall experience was wonderful,very pleasant, relaxing and these techs were more than accommodating, not to mention friendly!!!! Professionalism is always something I look for in places of business ,and both ladies posses THIS. The younger lady(TENISHA) provided my pedicure and actually LISTENED TO NOT ONLY MY CONCERNS, BUT FOR FILLED MY DESIRES I REQUESTED. Unlike “”NAIL CLUB”” OR OTHER PLACES I’VE GONE TO THAT TRY TO “”TELL YOU WHAT YOU NEED”” DESPITE WHAT YOU ASKING OF THEM,and not to mention I’m PAYING FOR IT!!🙄😡😤 NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS WAS A VERYYYYY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!! MY OTHER SERVICES with JILL,were equally great. Jill took the proper time to ask questions, as far as desires,and also even inquired about allergens due to the products she would be using. I must say because of my upbringing I watch for employees and HANDWASHING,at every place of business I spend my pennies.🤷‍♀️Before this tech started on me upon entering the backroom, SHE DID WASH HER HANDS!!!🙌🙌🙌🙌

Overall I had a great visit!!!

Became a regular customer, 🤦🏾‍♀️ over a year plus of constant service, ONLY to start to feel unappreciated, not respected, and most importantly parting ways with a different opinion, being ,-that in what I initially started with🙄😳!!!! I must admit that this feeling brought emotions that brewed over time with EACH VISIT, and disappointment especially after spending my hard earned money . I dnt like to bring race into things however in just being observant I’ve noticed and experienced different treatment and readily EAGERNESS when waiting on customers of European or Anglo Saxon/WHITE descent!!!!
It’s distasteful and disappointing to know money doesn’t have the same value even when it is CLEARLY of the same value, I choose to take my business,presence, MONEY and CLASS elsewhere!!!!
