Upon my arrival I was greeted with a polite and welcoming front desk personnel. The facility is incredibly inviting, spotless, provided chic -comfy chairs and drinks. My nail tech, Kelsey is fantastic. She listened to my needs, we had good conversation, and provided one of the best services I’ve ever experienced. Kelsey is very talented and I love my ombré dip nails! I am looking forward to my next appointment with her.

Twin City Nail Lounge is a great place to relax, and get served. The staff is friendly, the service is exceptional, and the pricing is fair. Lucas is my go-to because he’s very detailed oriented and does a great job with SNS (dip powder) on top of nail extensions. Because he takes his time ,my nails last for weeks. This saves time and money as I do not have to constantly run back every two weeks for a refill.

Nikki is the best! They all are really good! I love the atmosphere I never have to wait. I usually get all appointments I request online. I am greeted every time I walk in. Monica up front is really sweet! She takes care of business. She makes sure she lets your tech know when you’re there and tells you where go. It’s much better than the old place. Very clean.
