I would absolutely avoid at all cost. I used to be a regular until I tried to use a gift certificate I got for my birthday and they refused. They took out gift certificates which were exactly the same but claimed they didn’t know whose signature was on the certificate. They are crooks. Stay away!

The tech asked me what color I wanted even before me sitting down for my pedicure. She used a hot towel to wipe her elbow and I then told her that i did not want her to use it on me. She started having a conversation with the owner in Chinese. I turned on Google translate, and what she was saying about me was unpleasant. She added a liquid to the nail polis that I chose. I told her if I knew that if I knew she was going to add thinner, I would have chosen a different color. She insisted what she added was to make the polish dry quickly. Very unprofessional and took very little time with an attitude for so called service.

My nail tech Lisa was not paying attention to my nails at all she was either looking somewhere else or going to do other people’s eyebrows while I’m waiting with acrylic on my nails however she did drill into my skin above my nail and did not paint them properly on the light blue side she made a big lump on my thumb and did not fix it then I got my pedicure done it was perfect idk who did them but she did a good job my sister is a nail tech she was with me and she even said that I should’ve let her do them b4 we came to Florida so I don’t recommend this place unless you want to end up not having the nails u want only 4 of the workers were doing a good job and the guy there told me to not come back out of the blue so I totally don’t recommend this at all they were also talking to each other but I couldn’t understand what they were saying but it feels like there judgemental also payed 100$ for this so lmk if that was a waste

Do not go to the girl in the nw corner. Under 2 min she finished my regular polish. Showed her my nails when she finished asking her if she thinks my nails look fine. She approved. I would not even dare say I did it my self because I am more skilled then that so called nail tech.

Do not go to this place! If I could put 0 stars I would.
I used to go often and stopped going because they always hurt me when doing my nails.
I went a week ago for my birthday to get a pedicure and acrylic nails since the place where I normally get them done didn’t have an appointment…the day after I got them done one of them broke off and today another one came off!!!!!
It’s also very expensive for the service they provide! Please don’t waste your time!!!!!
I will never go again, I feel like I wasted my money for a weeks worth of nails when they normally last me up to 3 weeks and never break.
