I have visited here 2 times for an acrylic nail fill with gel polish. My first technician, Kenny was so good. He was very precise with every step in the process and finished off the service with a quick hand massage, which was amazing. My second visit wasn’t quite as good. I’m not sure who my technician was but he was very distracted by his phone during the entire process. There were several nails that had hardened chunks of acrylic under the top tip of the nail. I didn’t notice until I was driving home. I didn’t think to check since he used the tool on the underside of each nail. I also noticed too late that the polish doesn’t go down the whole side of some nails. Luckily I got a light color so it isn’t noticeable except to me. I will definitely return but make my appointment’s specifically asking for Kenny. I like the ambiance of the salon. There are so many plants throughout and the salon is very clean. The pricing is also outstanding in comparison to other places!

Tony is the most amazing pedicure guy ever. The foot massages are amazing . He takes his time, he is super gentle, he barely speaks English but that is totally fine, cause you get to relax.🙂 Tien(owner) is very knowledgeable on nail health and what you need, and she’s great at what she does. Dinah (deenah) is the best pedicure person ever. She really takes her time which is awesome, she smiles and laughs, no English at all but it’s fine. neat and clean place. I love all the pretty plants. Thank you for valuing me as a customer. Prices on picture are current 2/2024

I usually have excellent service and results here but this experience was different. I have thick big toe nails and the woman who started my pedicure couldn’t cut them so she sarted to file one but instead of filing the nail, she filed the skin. I told her it hurt, but she seemed confused. The owner or lady at the desk got defensive and treated meas if I was the problem. It really hurt and I wasn’t going to let it continue, so I insisted another person did the pedicure. The new person had no problem cutting or filing my nails. I told her about kicking something and bruising my little toe, and right away the front desk lady, started telling me I was too sensitive. I was shocked. I told her what I was saying and she was not listening. I was furious. I guess I was supposed to sit there and let the first woman file my skin off and not speak. The second woman did a wonderful job. The owner or manager lady was very rude. I’m a business owner and this is not acceptable. It’s time to find a new nail place.

I took my girls for their first time getting acrylic nails. I thought it would be a nice treat before the Christmas
season. Of course I got mine done too. I was so pleased the team of Techs at T&T nails did a great job on all 3 sets of nails. I think it may be the best acrylics I have ever had done.
