Had the worst experience ever, an this isn’t the first time.
Started with a pedi with Shaunee. This one star rating has nothing at all to do with Shaunee. As she is absolutely great at her job.
After my pedi was done Shaunee told the owner that I would like a mani dip. As she was the one going to doing my mani dip. At this time I was the only customer in the establishment.
A customer walks in also wanting a mani dip.
So what does the owner do, puts me with an employee that has little experience compared to her.
I let them know up front I want this dip to look like my original nails.
With 12/15 times of adding a layer of polish then dipping in the powder. Then 3 layers of clear coat.
Not to mention that is all that was done. Did not do any type of mani at all. Cuticles never touched, never lotioned. An the nails we horrible.
At the desk the owner ask how I liked it. I showed her my nails, an her response is Oh there suppose to look like the.
B.S. Cuticles were never touched, literally all she did was polish dip polish dip about 15 time.
Never ask what can we do to make this right.
It wad that will be $80.
I’ve been going to this establishment for over 10 yrs.
It’s very disheartening to know this is how she chooses to do business.

It was my first time going here but I loved it so much! Tiffany truly amazing and gentle on my nails!!! very professional & talented. Highly recommend and I’m definitely returning 😉

Now that the weather is starting to get warmer i decided to go for a pedicure. I decided to go for the hot stone pedicure. It was a great experience though I wish the stone treatment would last a little longer. Hopefully for the next one otherwise it’s not worth paying extra.

Let me just say Shaunie is amazing!! This was my 2nd time there. The owner is so nice and personable, the shop is clean and nice. This will be my shop since I recently moved in the area.
