So happy with my pistachio/olive green set!! I was visiting friends in Brooklyn and stopped at Tsou Beauty Lounge for some Gel X extensions. The salon is cute and clean and the staff are so welcoming. My nail tech, Sonia, had amazing attention to detail. Great quality work – not just trying to get the manicure over with. Overall I’m very happy with my experience here and will be coming back next time I’m in town

I came here because as you all can see from the first pic… I NEEDED it. When I opened the door Sonia and the other nail techs were ready to help and the pricing, especially for what I needed was exceptionally reasonable. The vibe and the atmosphere of the shop was comfortable (I almost fell asleep a few times). Sonia was very informative, every question I had she answered and I trusted her immediately with being able to fix all my issues. The patience and level of attentiveness this woman has is top tier. Tsou is a hidden gem, even the owners are so sweet I found my nail techs and I hope everyone gets the chance to meet Kimchi!

Found this little new gem in the neighborhood. The salon is switched to a new owner and got a face lift. I enjoy the new environment and the staff are very friendly. I came in for hair coloring and a trim. Love the subtle cool tone and the blowout. Will definitely come back!

I just left Tsou. I’m exhausted and upset. For some reason when I have a mani/pedi, I freeze up and just can’t advocate for myself. I don’t know if it’s how close/intimate the setting is, or because I’ve rarely had to, the majority of my experiences are great. Today was not one. My nail tech was sweet & she had her work cut out. I haven’t had a mani/pedi in months and my things were rough. But when she was attempting to pop my knees and ankles during the pedi, I should’ve stopped than. My mani… is horrible. I’m in pain, my already short nails are now nubs. Cut uneven, gel a mess… and the cuts. Where do I begin? The buffering and filing of my SKIN? Not cuticles or nail… but SKIN. I was visibly bleeding on multiple fingers….. but I just couldn’t speak up. That’s my fault. She obviously saw the blood as she wiped it away multiple times and for some reason tried using a nail brush on the bleeding parts (?). The shaping of the nails is just so so bad. I was there for THREE HOURS. Three hours. I booked for $80, spent $109. And because I just couldn’t speak up paid that and tipped $20.
The customer next to me could see what was happening, she couldn’t help but stare. Her and the other customer in there seemed to be getting good work. I never got an apology or acknowledgment from her that I was even bleeding. My appt was at 5, at 741p I told her I had to go I had other things to do, I finally left at 750pm. I’m now going to have to pay to have my nails redone elsewhere, and not sure if they will with all the wounds or if I’d even want to. Everything was burning, not to mention again my already short nails are mauled.

Excuse me!!! Q just gave me one of THE best manicures I’ve had all year. Forreal !

Super professional, perfection, attention to detail, nice clean & comfortable studio, and the design she came up with is soo beautiful and creative ! I will be back! Everything I wanted in a manicure.
