Unfortunately, my first experience here will be my last. I did my research and found Ts Nails had pretty good reviews. Scheduled a Deluxe Pedicure which got a call back to be rescheduled due to them forgetting a bridal party was booked at that time. Upon arrival, I noticed the pedicure chair massage options were non existent. Looked like only one chair had the remote for massage and I was not sat there, although there were no other pedicures occurring the entire time I was there. I always looked forward to the chair massage as part of the pampering. The girl who was doing my pedicure was new (which I quickly learned) with her inexperience to the process of order in said pedicure. She clipped my nails, filed them and put cuticle cream on (never touching my cuticles) and that was ALL she did to my toes. She continued with the multiple steps of the “deluxe” kit quickly rubbling lotion after lotion, on and off my legs & feet with little to no effort of a relaxing application and massage. After a few steps of this I had to ask her if they actually trim the cuticles in a typical pedicure as this was my first time here and maybe their process was different than what I was used to. She said yes they do & that my cuticles weren’t bad excusing her reason to not doing anything more….I haven’t had a pedicure in 3 months- hard for me to believe. I tend to get pedicures for relaxation and keep my phone off. There was no tv or really anything enjoyable to look at in this area. During my pedicure I had to ask the girl for a paper towel to wipe the spider that fell on my arm, also.
Continuing on I scheduled a deluxe pedicure which should include a paraffin wax or hot stone- I chose the paraffin. She completed my polish and I then had to ask again about the paraffin wax. She said “oh I believe that’s with the signature” which is a grade level lower than the deluxe. At this point again, I knew she had no idea what she was saying cause I sat there staring at the glass mirror next to the chairs reading all the levels of pedicures which stated which type pedicure came with what. She had to go ask the owner and of course I should have had the paraffin wax with my scheduled pedicure. The owner quickly apologized and said I’d be charged for the lower level. Didn’t even offer to do it after the fact. So all in all it was a huge disappointment. I paid too much money for not getting anything that I came there for. I could have truly saved my money and did it myself and would have had a better experience and outcome. Not worth the money. Seems like they don’t have enough workers nor the time to train new staff properly. Wish my experience was better!

My daughter got acrylic nails for her 16th bday and unfortunately 4 of the nails fell off 2 days later. I went into the business and asked to speak to owner and she immediately took care of my daughter and gave her a whole new set and they were perfect. They lasted for quite awhile. I highly recommend going here!

Took me awhile to find a good place to get a Pedicure and I have found it at T’s. This salon has a homey feel because it is in an old house and not some strip mall. Request Nevaeh she is the best.

I had a great experience at my appointment today! I had never been here before and rarely ever get my nails done, as I tend to bite my nails. But I was looking to switch it up. One of the students did my nails and they came out better than I could have expected and I’m loving them. The owner was very nice. She was also very diligent when it came to checking in with her student throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the outcome from today! I highly recommend!
