The last time I went, the lady told me that she has an appointment in 30 mins and I told her I can wait but she said no it’s ok and she cut me and my nails didn’t come out the way I wanted them. The heart was not even placed in the center. The color was cute, though

If I could give it a zero I truly would!! This was the worst service I’ve ever gotten, apparently I was supposed to pay upfront and she forgot to ask me but in the middle of my set not at the end or beginning but in the middle I remembered that I recently got a new card and forgot to update it on my Apple Pay. I asked if I could head to my car that was RIGHT IN FRONT of the store and she grabbed my phone out of my hand and told me to go get it. I asked if she could give me my phone back because I was parked right infront of the store AND SHE NEVER ASKED she just snatched it so because of the disrespect I asked for it back. I told her she could walk with me to my car or watch me but I wasn’t gonna leave my phone after she acted like that. She told me she’d remove it so I let her because I truly was going to pay so when she behaved this way I didn’t care for her to finish doing my nails. she then proceeds to ruin my nails by irresponsibly cutting them (including my real nails and some of the skin) and then wouldn’t fully remove them so I had to exit with the ugliest nails and some blood on my ring finger. She then proceeded to follow me outside even though she refused to do that when I wanted to grab my card. This place literally looks and smells the exact way I’d expect it to given that they have the most irresponsible, unprofessional and ugliest technician ever. She wouldn’t even tell me her name.

My third time coming. My second fill. All I wanted was a fill and 2 nails corrected. I went at 6:28 pm to be told to come back in 2 hours. This is very misleading and deceptive. Knowing they close at 7:30 pm. Even the ladies that was getting their nails done knew it was a lie. Instead saying they are to busy today come back tomorrow or this weekend would have been acceptable rather than just lying.

Kristy was amazing! Love this place!! It was the first time here after having a horrible experice at Top Tek nails but it will most definitely not be the last time here. My pedicure was amazing as well! Thank you 😊

So I usually don’t EVER write reviews but I had to. The lady who did my nails was so rude. I wanted them done for my birthday. She did a design on my finger and I noticed it needed one more butterfly to look like the other one. This lady straight up told me no she wouldn’t add another. When I asked why she said because it’s taking to long. Lol this is exactly why I go to personal nail techs. My nails look a mess. Never going back.
