Total waste of time and money. My nails look terrible only after a day of getting them done. I don’t know why they let people who don’t know how to do nails practice on people. I absolutely hate my nails & will not return because this isn’t the t time that this has happened. My nails look bumpy and are shaped messed up. This nail shop has gone downhill and it seems like all they care about is money and not about making sure customers actually have a good service.

Was recommended Sa at True Nails by a co-worker because I kept hiding my nails when someone asked to see them. I had previously went to another shop and my nails were thick and the ombré blending was terrible. Plus, the color they chose didn’t match my skin tone. Sa sawed my nails down so they looked thin, natural, and gorgeous! Also, she used a natural looking pink to blend. I LOVE it! They’ve lasted 2 weeks and I’m excited to show them off!

I’ve been a regular for many years! Currently in Hawaii and have received many compliments on my vacation nails! Everyone is extremely kind and personable the minute I walk in. They’ll be one of the first places I visit once back home next week.

Absolutely love coming to True. I started going to Michelle routinely this summer and my nails have never looked so good. She is fantastic! Everyone at the salon is so nice and welcoming!

The technician asked if I would like a manicure with my dip service, I said sure! My manicure consisted of a bowl of cold water for 30 seconds per hand and cuticle trim only on one hand. I asked for extensions on my natural nail but asked that they be very short due to the type of work I do. I was asked if the length was ok, I asked for them to be made shorter. Instead of shortening them, the nail technician continued with the dip. After the dip was applied, I asked for my nails to be shortened again. The technician used the drill to shorten them, no problem. EXCEPT! The part she removed was left on the under side of my nail. And she didn’t even take the time to file the edge of my nail to make it straight! The dip is thick and lumpy. It also overlaps onto the side of my finger. I’ve been getting my nails done for years. This is the worst quality job I’ve had in a long time. I paid $55 for something that I’m absolutely going to need to have fixed. I will never go back to this place. It was dirty, service was horrible. It is a huge nope from me.

Update: 3 days after getting my nails done, I had to have them removed. Not only had part of the dip already chipped off, but my fingers were itching horribly. Another $45 later, and I have some relief. It took about a week for the itching to stop completely, no infection ever started. It must have been a chemical the technician used.
