Like a lot of these posts, I’ve been coming to this salon for three years. Every time I do, I’m so satisfied with my nails and nail tech. I rave about this place to my friends.

Today will most likely be my last time going to Tricycle Nails. Britney is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unkind. I asked her for a refill and a fix for my pinky nail that had broken off. She claimed that I bumped my thumb nail into something (despite it not being my dominant hand and me not moving it whatsoever). Which is fine. I was accepting of that claim and had told her “Hey it’s fine.” To which she replied with a very rude, snide “It’s NOT fine, ma’am.”

After this moment, she basically stopped caring and was very rough and aggressive with my fingers and nails. Britney completely skipped over a few steps in the process which is why one of my ombré nails looks cloudy and the other one does not. She cut my cuticles, popped my knuckles with how rough she was turning them, and then proceeded to charge me the same amount it would have been to just get brand new nails.

Overall a terrible experience. Based on these other posts about Britney, I’m glad to know I’m not the only one she was absolutely heinous towards.

Won’t be coming back. I told them to make my nails thicker because too many places make them really thin. I went in Tuesday and my nail broke already on Saturday. Not only did I ask for thicker nails but it’s like that wasn’t an option and he made them thin. Also he didn’t trim the cuticles or anything. A slight buff to get the glue to stick was all he did. He also kept having issues shaping the powder as well as the nail. Another day I went before this the woman told me that they couldn’t do my nails because someone called off. When the guy did my nails the same amount of ppl were there. This place is TRASH!! Save your time and money

Been coming here for over 1 year, never had a problem and left satisfied. Recently, seems as if management changed and this one very rude lady named Britney was being very unprofessional and trying to uncharge us and saying it is $5 more to file the nails, which was insane because we have never had this problem before. Going to look for a new salon from now. So sad that this Britney lady ruined this place for myself and my family/friends. Do not recommend.

I always go to tricycle and was super happy with the outcome most the times, but the last pedicure I had they forgot to paint one of my toenails and then today I got this set which was not bad however I asked if she could remove the hat and just leave it as a red tip , she told me no because it was already dry… then told me she wouldn’t charge me for the design , but my total ended up being $65. The design was not horrible however I just did not like it and am the one who will have to wear it for two weeks.

This is my happy place. I live in Spring and I still try to make it to Tricycle whenever I can. I always get great service and they have such a pleasant atmosphere. I don’t normally write reviews, but they totally deserve it. Yen is particularly good with manicures. 🙂
