I explicitly stated how I wasn’t biracial, my hair challenges, and basically how I needed a good stylist that cares for the hair and who has great customer service, well the manager Briana made sure that I was taken good care of. I had scheduled an appointment with Vanessa and booked some extra time for the appointment. I had pretty fair long hair and wanted to do a big chop, but needed some guidance on what would fit my face shape and what length would look best. Vanessa was AMAZING! She really took her time with me and made sure I loved the end result. I have a super blunt bob I am now obsessed with and everyone loves. I definitely recommend her!

First of all, there are many great stylist and technicians at Tricoci Salon. Happy with who I go to for services. The new remodel looks good, even though the front check-out area is a bit of an odd setup. Glad to see a bigger washroom for ladies.
What I really don’t like is the dance music with the heavy bass that is always blaring throughout the salon. You would think you were at a dance club instead of at a salon. Kind of frustrating when I want to get a relaxing pedicure or have to be there for 2+ hours getting highlights. Good luck with that. Unfortunately, I always leave with a massive headache. I guess Management could care less that some people are super sensitive to it. Figures.
With the new remodel, my colorist’s station is right next to the new Blow Dry Station. I sat there for almost 2 hours getting blasted from other customers blow drying their hair. Was not happy about that at all. I’m sure they could’ve designed that better.

I had an appointment with Iris in August for a hair styling visit as a bridesmaid for a wedding that day. I showed Iris a photo of side swept old Hollywood curls and when she was done I literally cried. She made me look like I was the bride; I can only imagine the magic she would’ve done if I was getting married. I will definitely have Iris do my hair for my big day because I will never forget this experience. She moved so effortlessly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Amazing experience and recommend for anyone to come to this location for any occasions.

I scheduled a last minute facial and was thrilled with the outcome. I had never been to Tricoci Salon & Spa for a facial so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Rae was wonderful! She was very nice and friendly and took the time to explain to me what she would be doing as well as what the benefits of the facial would be. She was never pushy and didn’t unnecessarily push any products (although I did buy an eye cream!) or other services. She would be the number one reason I’d go back for another facial.
