Best nail salon I have ever been to! We drive all the way from Mount airy every 3 weeks to get our nails done. Best customer service, color selection and expertise around. Cheng and Kim are the best! You will not regret going here.

Best nail salon experience ever! Everyone was so patient. They told me to take my time picking my color(I usually feel rushed), then I had Vicky and I HIGHLY recommend her! She’s so sweet and personable. She was extremely detailed and worked diligently mixing and changing colors to find me something similar to my example picture. She was extremely patient as well. My nails have never looked so good! Thanks Vicky!!!

I got the $40 pedicure with hot wax and stone massage, which was great. I then asked for a basic manicure, no color, expecting a soak, cuticle cleanup, cut, and shaping of my nails. This is what my nails look like, a dip in water, a “cuticle clean up”, and lotion was put on my hands. When asked why I was charged $22 for what you see here in the picture, they said I got a manicure, I said not really, I got my nails cut, not shaped and my cuticles cleaned up. Then they argued that I got a hand massage, I did not. if you are going here, I highly recommend a pedicure, but make sure you articulate exactly what you want to pay for when you get a manicure if it’s basic.

My daughter and I have been going to Triad Nail Spa for over 2 years now, and the service is always great! My daughter is 16 and very specific about her designs but they have always been just as she wanted them or better. They have tons of colors and are always getting something new. The owners are personable and hands on. They greet everyone with warmness. I always love my nails and we’ve never had to wait because they always have enough people working but unlike other places, no one is walking around making the nail techs rush. At the same time, they are efficient so I love that you can get in and get out in a pinch. Hands down the best!!
