Customer Reviews:
when I made the appt over the phone I scheduled for a mani and a pedi. He did not ask what kind of manicure and when I got there and he realized I was looking for a full set mani, he looked panicked for a second.
I told him to reschedule me as it wasn’t a problem for me, but he insisted on squeezing it in.
I didn’t look closely at the work til I got home and saw they looked kind of wonky. By the 3rd day they looked like this— see pics.
I was pretty angry because due to his personality I tipped him extremely well. But I had to go and have them redone somewhere else 🙁
I did not go back because I am visiting family and haven’t been back to Alden.
He really needed to let me come back for the nails but was probably afraid to lose the sale. well it backfired and ended up costing me a lot of money. 🙁
I only started getting my nails done about a year or two ago. So naturally, I began going to a place that my sister recommended. It was pretty far from where I live but, I would stop in every so often when we would go shopping on Transit anyway..
Last month, I wanted my nails done for Christmas but I didn’t have time to drive all the way to Transit Rd. So I looked for the place closest to me (I’m in middle of nowhere, Akron).. Found this place and decided to try it out.
I called ahead, asked if they had time for me & went in. There was no waiting time. I showed them a pic of how I wanted them to look – a deep red with gold Glitter ombre on the ring fingers – and they got to work.
It took over an hour… but when I tell you they did ah-may-zing 😍 omg!! Like I found my new favorite spot AND it’s a half hour closer to home?! Hell yeah 😎
I was sooo happily surprised 😮
This girl put her heart and soul into it, making sure every last detail was perfect. They looked soo good!
It was a tad more expensive but I usually just get acrylics – this time I got acrylic & gel paint – so, I figured..
Sooo pleased with their work! Would absolutely recommend (and I have 😉)!!
