I can’t even express my anger and frustration from this place. The gentleman that did my nails today and it was only for a dip took him 1 hr and 45 minutes and he still could not figure it out. I was so upset that I had to leave, while I was leaving I asked what I owed and instead of saying they were sorry or let me fix the problem they still charged me for this terrible job. The only person that ever does good nails in this establishment is Nina and I knew I should of waited for her but I had a broken nail and needed to have them done and hoping I would get a good job. If you ever go to this place Nina is your girl and I highly recommend you waiting because if not this is what your outcome will be.

Definitely not a good place for a dip manicure.

Left with two horrible manicures and asked to get them fixed. Tried to charge me to fix their horrible work after me calling and asking.

Asked to come in and they said go ahead and then I waited 40 mins. Then they fixed one nail and they didn’t do a base coat for the dip or follow any procedure every other salon ever follows.

Also look at the station they had me at 🤮

I used to be a loyal customer at Trendy Nails and Lashes, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. They’ve always been a bit too aggressive, but this time was the last straw. The gentleman who ‘helped’ me filed my finger to the point that I had to yelp in pain, yet he showed no concern and continued as if nothing happened. I was charged a hefty $50 for a so-called “manicure” that felt rushed and inadequate. He barely spent any time soaking my fingers, and at the end, he handed me a blob of lotion, telling me to apply it myself. It’s clear they care more about money than their customers. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth the physical and financial pain.

They fixed my sister’s nail for free (only one of her nails was broken)!! Everyone was so kind and generous! They offer water and all that good stuff as well. Will be back again

I’ve come to this place a few times for pedicures my toes are different then most people’s so this was the first place I’ve ever been in to, to get my toes done. The first time I went it was a wonderful experience which is why I went back. The second time I went I got this guy and I couldn’t tell if he was trying to be nice but he was kinda laughing at my feet and just made me super uncomfortable. I didn’t let it get to me because I’ve been dealing with my feet my whole life and comments and stares are something I’m used to… I decided to go back one more time yesterday and I don’t think I’m going to be back. The lady was super rough with me and was basically man handling my feet. I got the deluxe package and when she did the sugar scrub it was so rough. It wasn’t until she was scrubbing between my toes (which no body has ever done. Or if they did they did so gently) where I had a problem she scrubbed so hard she cut me between one of my toes. It didn’t bleed or anything but it hurt so bad and I flinched and pulled my foot away she asked me if it hurt and when I said yeah and showed her the cut I asked her to please be gentle because it’s an open wound then she proceeded to spray acetone ALLLLLLLL over my foot getting directly into the cut that I had just told her about…. I get they have to use acetone but she had just put some on a towel and wiped them with that before spraying them. I really wanted to leave at that point but I decided to stick it out because I really wanted my toes done. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever be back.
