This is the second time I’ve scheduled appointments here and both times they have text me in the morning to reschedule part of my services. Then when I try and call to reschedule the other parts they never answer. Why is it ok for them to cancel less than 24 hours but if you do that they charge you? Can you say scam? Disappointing when I was looking forward to having such a relaxing morning.

Audri is amazing, she is absolutely the best hands down, you want deep tissue but not hurt to be touched the next day?! Want mild stretching. Want a massage where 90 min is not enough… also your time is actual table time!!!

So I’ve been going to tranquility spa for waxing for a while now snd let me tell ya it’s been a great experience. Miss callie is an amazing esthetician, she has great attention to detail, is easy to talk to and does not rush. I would recommend her to anyone for a wax or any skincare treatments

I had a facial with Erica yesterday, and oh my goodness, what a relaxing experience! Best. Facial. Ever. She took so much time. My face looks so amazing and smooth today! I am 65 and my skin looks great. Worth every penny! Ask for Erica, and you won’t be disappointed! I wish I lived closer as I would visit her more often.

I researched online and scheduled a day of tranquility, spa package for myself and my sister. We arrived early as we were instructed, and we had completed all forms online before hand. We did not understand that this was a package of services provided by all independent parties beforehand. The result was a disjointed and uncomfortable experience. Not a single person who interacted with us introduced themselves. The massage therapist that worked on both my sister and myself was abrupt and gave the sense to us that she did not want to work on either me or my sister, which results in a strange disconnect, when you’re getting a professional therapeutic massage,. It was not good. We have both experienced with a good professional, therapeutic massage can be in the past, and this was not it We arrived in a good mood with an open heart for this experience. We left feeling like we had been an inconvenience, and that we had been rushed through the process . While there may be individuals here who are doing good work as I read from other reviews, I would advise against a package based on my experience. Overall, I would say this was awkward and unprofessional, like arriving at a lemonade stand when you think you’re going to a four-star restaurant.
