Moandey Twenty Three
Today I visited this nail salon wasting time in the area. I got a deluxe Pedi with gel polish and mani with gel polish. I received an option of water or soda and a fresh fruit cup. The service was not too bad. My biggest complaints are; I felt my experience was rushed as the volume picked up in customers coming into the door. Secondly right before I was headed to leave the area (Killeen not the shop) I noted that the gel polish on my big toe is already peeling and that some of my fingers could use a little cleaning up as there was still polish on my skin.. I tried to return to get these things fixed and the shop was already closed for the day. They had left prior to the 6:00pm closing time posted on their door/website. I do not live in the area so this is very disappointing. I will now have to find a shop tomorrow to fix the polish job and I’m sure they will not have the matching color (maybe something close) or pay fora polish change which will be a costly case.

Came from out of town for the holidays and needed to get my nails done, these ladies were so sweet and professional! I love how my nails turned out and how precise my nail tech was. I wish this nail salon was back in my hometown, will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Killeen.

This establishment is exquisite. The staff all speak a good degree of english and it makes it easy to communicate what you want. They are, for the most part, extremely friendly and do an amazing job on everything requested, and a lot of what makes you comfortable; however, they do not conversate very much, which in my case makes The visit a little boring, LOl. Since we are in the air to handle business and Glammed up. I guess it’s not their job to entertain us. Nevertheless, I will always go. Tranquility nails always please me over all…
