I really wanted to love this place since it was so close to my home. Even with a terrible first experience I went back thinking it would be better a second go around. It wasn’t. My daughter’s acrylics were crooked and looked a mess. My SNS didn’t last two weeks. Would not recommend. They were nice though!

Just dont. As much as I really wanted to like this place and not post a negative review I just can’t. I went in 2 weeks ago for a full set of SNS. The tech then starts pulling out the acrylic to put on my nails. As I tell him no I would like SNS he insist it is SNS. It looks, smells, and was applied just like acrylic. I noticed once I left the complete lack of any attention to my cuticles or actually shaping the nails. Within 1-2 days they were all lifted. I went back one week later to have them fixed. Another staff member cut out the lifted parts and filled in the tops with the same powder and brush. I was then charged for “fixing” the messup. Again, within a couple of days all were lifted. Two trips in one week and a waste of almost $100. I just went to a different salon to get a new set and was confirmed by this other place it was acrylic that was put on my nails, but yet I was charged for SNS. The lack of care and honesty is frustrating. Wouldn’t waste your time or money. All pictures were taken just a couple of days after getting the set done the first time.

I really wanted to like this salon but the final product was just not it. The process was rushed and overall finish was uneven and bulky looking. Just not neat at all. I was charged $55 for this and I honestly feel it was an overcharge. I would not recommend this salon.

Got an overpriced service. Can’t really call it a manicure because it wasn’t it. Missed steps, rushed through and was charged $45 plus tip for 20 minutes including taking off my gel polish and putting on a new color!! Looks like I did it at home. Do not recommend.

Took my father in-law, 86 yrs young and me to get mani/pedi. Its hard for him to bend and do it now plus I am recovering from an accident with broken bones and other ailments 3 weeks ago. I called and asked about walk ins . Said they weren’t busy come on. So we did between when we got there and leaving home they got 2 customers for the 2 of them. We were seated shortly after that in our chairs and they ran the water. They did not rush the other folks in front of us with their services and also kept us engaged in conversation !!
Very friendly and warm & patient folks here. We will return again. Oops smudged toe go back tomorrow 4 touch up thks
