I had been getting manicures at the spa for a few months and all was great but last Saturday’s manicure was very disappointing. I called to double check on the time of my appointment and was told I could come early , which I did. As I was getting my manicure , I found out a big party was coming into the spa and the person doing my nails was going to help with this and that is why I was asked to come early. My manicure was rushed, polish was bumpy on my right hand, I had small cuts on 3 fingers from where my cuticles had been trimmed. Within a week, some of the polish on my nails was chipping

Would give 10 stars for massage services. 2nd (and last) time getting mani/pedi here. The images are the next day. No free content with pedi image, but know it was so bad I had to pay another spa to fix it. Waxing was super rushed and she doesn’t care which direction hair grows, she will just rip it off leave you with blood spots where each follicle was. I’ve only had that happen here. Even after asking to not have alcohol used, she still sprayed it all over my netherlands! Horrible for your skin and lady parts. She used the wrong type of wax and leg hair was broken off rather than removed from root. Stubble feeling already after 1 day. Overpaid and under serviced in return.

Disappointed. I went in for the 50 minute massage. By the time, I got in the room which was 5-10 after my appointment time and the time the girl actually started the massage it was already 15 minutes in. The massage was over before I knew it and didn’t take account the 15 minutes. It was super loud (the lady did warn me)and I guess the speakers were not working at the time of my massage. Not relaxing at all. She said I could use my headphones but who brings headphones to a massage?! They use no aromatherapy. That’s a $10 extra charge. Are they kidding?! No thanks. They use strictly oil not lotion. After the message, you are drenched in oil. Top to bottom. In other salons, they wipe you down w a warm damn towel to clean the oil off. Not here. I had to ask for a towel otherwise she would have left me there all oily. Sorry it was not worth $60 for a massage that was under the 50 minutes I paid for. The 35 minutes for $60 is NOT WORTH IT. So if you go for a massage, look at the clock. It should start when the massage actually starts not by appointment time. I will say that the massage was very good.
I will add that I was NOT late. I arrived before my appointment time.

Went in for a pedicure w my boyfriend and it was a great first time experience at this location. Pedicure is $30 but I guess since I selected gel polish I had to pay an extra $10 so my pedicure came out to $40. April A. did my pedicure and she did a great job. I don’t remember the name of the lady that did My boyfriends pedicure but for it to be his very first pedicure at age 40 he was also impressed she was able to remove all the callus on his feet. I would definitely recommend and go back. New prices effective Nov 2021.

I went in for a pedicure and it was the worst. $50 for regular polish all for it to chip off on my ride home. I asked for gel as well but they told me it would be double while it was $10 extra for other people. I’m not the only person this has happened to!
