Yall bogus asl. I’m suppose to be leaving for a cruise tomorrow!!! I came here YESTERDAY to get a deluxe gel pedicure that I paid $73 for and I even tipped $10 more because I know they think people that look like me don’t tip. I got in the shower THIS morning and my GEL POLISH WAS BUBBLED OVER. I went back up there RIGHT after my shower and there was a woman who “fixed” it by trying to just paint over what was messed up. She did it successfully over my left foot (while in the shop), but the right foot was having trouble so she just redid the whole toe nail. Fast forward to me coming home JUST now and taking off of my shoes, just to see my left foot that she had painted over, is back bubbled!!! The right one is fine because she did it over. This is terrible and just lazy asl. I’m never coming back.

I went here for the first time today for a Signature Pedicure and will definitely be returning in the future. Very clean, pleasant atmosphere. Everyone was lovely! Super happy with their services. My feet are so soft and my nails look perfect!

Horrible & rude service – I had an appointment & the techs left me waiting for a walk-in. They left me sitting for over 10 minutes after they had started my manicure & gave no explanation. When I asked they said they were busy although I had made an appointment & gave a walk-in customer preference. I have been a loyal customer & expect better treatment.

This was my sister and I’s first time trying the nail salon. Overall I am satisfied with my nail service but the customer service not so much. When we walked in it felt as though they did not want us there. I don’t think they want too many black customers in that place. However The lady that did my nails was very nice and welcoming. She was kind of an older lady. She was great but the males not so much.
