I will NEVER, EVER return to this nail shop. I came in on Monday, June 3, 2024 to get a refill and toes polished…..the first issue ebe
you walk in ABSOLUTELY NON ONE SPEAKS TO YOU. Secondly, the total price consistently changed. The third issue, the guy who did my nails had a horrible attitude (the older guy in there), I wanted my toes to be the same color as my nails and he says oops wrong don’t have it in regular polish.

Tuesday, I look at my nails and their chipping due to unforseen circumstances I couldn’t go right back to get it fix. I call and spoke to one of the owners on the phone on Thursday and explained the issue and asked could it be fixed. He said yes come right in someone will fix it.

I go up there and again no one spoke. I sit and wait for 20 minutes just for the old grouch (I think his name is Henry) to say do you have an appointment and I explained that I called and the owner told me to come in. Showed him the call log… he said come back tomorrow because we aren’t fixing it today because we are booked. Yet they told me to come in.

If you want consistent customers…treat everyone with respect, keep your promises, and fix the issues your shop created.

I will never go back.

This place is the best! I went the other day and have been going for a while now, and I have no complaints. The staff there are very nice and it is generally a very pleasant environment. More importantly, my nails last for a very long time!

I will never go back again! Its a shame because I have referred many people to them, however they have become very rude and doesn’t take any responsibilites for errors in their work. Owner/manager was very belittling when I went back to get a couple of my nails fixed. I actually walked out…. after him and another employee were standing at the front desk talking about my issue and rolling his eyes!! He was extremely rude from the time I walked in there to until I walked out!

I sent a request to schedule an appointment on Yelp and received a response within a few minutes. I scheduled my pedicure for 2 days out and was able to get my requested time of ‪4:00pm‬. There was no wait time when I arrived. This place is the epitome of good customer service. I was offered something to drink (multiple times) and cellphone charging (if I needed it).

The shop is very modern and clean and I was glad to see the big, comfortable benches for the pedicures, as opposed to the chairs. At some places, the chairs aren’t big enough for my height. There was a vast selection of pedicures to choose from and it was tough making a decision lol. I went with the Orange Mango (I think that’s the name). It was niiiiice and fresh oranges were placed in the water. Also worth mentioning is that the foot tubs are huge! The lady that did my pedicure did an excellent job and I was very impressed. The price point was a tad bit higher than other options in the area, but I feel it was well worth it. I’m looking forward to returning!

They were all so lovely and managed to make my sad bitten nails into a masterpiece I love. Definitely recommend them!
