7 out of 10 of my nails cracked three days after I got them done two days after I got them done 3 of them completely snapped off. I called the shop. Wondering if I could come in and get them fixed for free considering I spent $50 on a refill and they said no it would be five dollars per nail. A full set cost me $60, so technically, I would’ve been better off getting a whole new set. So I would expect if I’m having problems with my nails, they would be willing to fix them for free. Linda did my nails. They looked beautiful when I first got them done but within three days of having them, I shouldn’t be missing half of my set. as well as when I had first called asking how much a refill would be I got told $45. I walked out paying $50 without tip. they had explained to me that cutting them shorter would cost five dollars. But when she asked me, do you want them any shorter? I said no, specifically, because I wasn’t going to pay for having my nails shorter.

I have visited Top Ten a few times for gel pedicures and they are always perfect!! Today I treated myself to a full set of acrylics and Kelly did a ridiculously amazing job! The almond shape is even and appealing and the chrome polish was EXACTLY what I wanted. I was utterly impressed at how effortlessly she did this set. Happy to have found my new spot so close to home.

I asked for French manicure ombré dipped nails. The technician did one nail first to ensure I’d like it. Once she was done and I gave the approval, she finished the rest. The tech was friendly and did an amazing job!! I’d highly recommend

I told Tita I wanted my nails to be done exactly like they were when I went in….pink and white Ombre with glitter on the tips. But noooo, she suggested I try something different. She recommended all pink, skip the white, and make the glitter a bit heavier since the white would not show anyway. This was my first time visiting this salon, so I decided, “Ok, let’s give it a try!” OMG! That was the UGLIEST look I had ever seen! As soon as she finished the 1st nail, I insisted that it was too hideous for her to continue. She took off the glitter, but that ugly all flesh tone on my entire nail was unbearable. Tita polished white on my tips, but it was so plain and stale looking that I was super disappointed. Tita also has a note on her station asking people who pay with Venmo to put a memo stating “grocery”, “drink”, “food”, or “dinner”. Is this to defraud our government? I can’t ask her because she will NEVER do my nails again!

I am from out of state and came with a friend to get a manicure and my friend a pedicure. Amy & Linda did such a great job. Best manicure I’ve had in a long time. Got acrylic tips and Amy did exactly what I wanted. Next time I’m in town I’ll have to save my pedicure and manicure needs for this place. Thank you!
