I love this place because it’s so clean, they’re very nice and it’s a relaxing atmosphere. I come here to relax 🧘 and bond with my daughter and she says they treat her like a princess 🥰 it means a lot. Also nails always look flawless and I love the paraffin mask on my heels. Don’t mind my hand or bad pic but as shown the lacquer is smooooth

I love coming here. Vicky did a great job on my brisa gel with french. She made sure it was perfect. Jerry did my daughter’s nails and took the time to explain the whole cost before he started.

This is not my first bad experience here. We booked two pedicures , arrive together and are seated separately and another woman who arrived same time is sat next to my friend. I request a nail design and am told I have to get gel for the design. I show the simple design and am told yes but have to get gel. I agree. After gel polish applied, I am offered decals/stickers!!!! Then wait forever for someone who knows how to do nail art to come When they arrive , what I chose is now too difficult. I choose another design, which they say they can do— in different colors since I now have white coat on for the original design Pics below of my pedicure , design they said they can do and original one requested. I understand designs are hard— but wait— it gets worse —
After the design was completed the original girl realizes she didn’t give me the 10 minute massage , didn’t use the warm stone and didn’t do the wax on heels during the spa pedicure — and then just does it after polished is done. Removing the wax on my heels before it even dried. Left my feet slimey when I left, to the point I was sliding in my slides. Total time there was an hour and 45 minutes. My friend who got the same spa pedicure waited for me for an hour after hers was done — starting at the same time. Price — $83—$58 for spa pedicure $15 for gel for nail art requirement and $10 for nail art that was awful!

Decent nail place. They nickel and dime you on ANY add on. My 9 year old daughter had gel mani pedi and it was $100 for just those two—they charged $10 more for French. This business tried charging a flat $9 for credit card charge on my $212.00 transaction. That is OVER the 4% legal limit!! When I told the girl, she charged me less. What?! Watch out! Also—the service charge is NOT itemized on the receipt as per their sign!!!

Always have a great experience when I visit. Very nice and clean salon. I always decide to get nails done on a whim, so I appreciate the fact they always have availability 🙂
