I’ve been coming here for years and usually see Tim or Rachael but neither were available so I got this young guy. These are the results of my nails. My nails have never looked like this. They tried to say I smashed my nails so that’s why it’s looking like this. That never happen. I had dip on my nails prior and while he was scraping it off with that electrical tool it’s was hurting and I pulled back a few times. Then when I told him I was not happy he laughed and said, “well I don’t know”. Never going there ever again.

If I could give no stars I would. I got my nails done here 3/8 for my wedding before leaving the following day to a different country. It is now 3/11 and my toes have already gotten messed up, my nails are already lifting and they’re uneven. I began having issues after 3 days and there was no way to fix them as I was in another country. I paid $122 for messed up nails on my wedding day. Also, the nail tech cut me and wipes my blood with his bare fingers and just proceeded. They refused to refund me at all.

To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. This is the only nail salon that I’ve come to regularly since moving here however today will be my last time. Throwing money away isn’t my jam.

I wanted to treat myself so I got the $50 pedicure which comes with four levels of treatment: special soak, scrub, masque and massage butter. Everything was fine until the end. After the masque, the nail tech painted my toe nails and put on the slippers. I asked him what about the massage butter. He said you want that? I said um yeah. He said oil. I said what oil. He proceeded to take some nail oil and rub it on my legs. Now I blame myself at this point for not speaking up but this wasn’t what I paid for.

On to the nails. My nails are damaged from gels so to give them a chance to grow back healthy, I’m only doing regular manis. He hardly took off the nude polish I had on. When I mentioned it he said it’s ok. Wut!? He started to grab the machine and I pulled my hands back saying no machine. That thing hurts like crazy but they insist on it. He put it away and carried on. I just wanted my cuticles trimmed and I’ll never understand why nail techs cut the skin around your nails instead.

I brought my own base/polish/super quick dry top with me. When I tell you the man painted my nails in fast forward! I was speechless. Thick coats of polish that didn’t get the sides. I said thin coats please and make sure you get the corners. Guess asking for what you need in nail salons is a no-no!? He was visibly annoyed. Sorry, but I’m paying for this and I have every right.

Needless to say the polish rubbed off before I got to the dryer, which by the way, I didn’t need because that topper usually dries almost instantly. But since the polish was too thick, it didn’t.

I’ll save my hard earned money from now on and skip the nail salon. Clearly money is the object for that business and not nail care. I’m really mad at myself for still tipping this horrible service.

Note : Kwan is amazing but he was not around otherwise I would have gone to him.

Me & my boyfriend came the other day for pedicures & he also got a manicure. The lady that did her feet did great. He didn’t like his manicure because she cut his nails too short after being told don’t cut too much & they were a little sore. On my behalf I didn’t like my pedicure at all!! I asked for the 66 dollar pedi with shellac. The man kept pressuring me to get an overlay I finally agreed. He did the overlay first which I thought was strange then proceeded to do pedicure. He didn’t get dead skin off around my toenails at all nor did he do a good job on bottom of foot. I got it done two day ago & my feet still feel rough. I paid $230 for the whole service & im not satisfied! I was recommended by a friend because she said they really massage your feet but that wasn’t the case the man that did mine did a rush job. The girl that did my boyfriend did give his legs & feet a good massage. I paid all that money for nothing & im really regretting it

Booked an appointment for shellac, but it ended up taking more time than expected. Unlike my friend who got done quicker as a walk-in. The process took significantly longer than expected due to being transferred between two technicians.

Mentioned air bubbles on my thumbnails, but the technician dismissed it as normal without addressing the issue. It was evident that the technician didn’t put much effort into the service.

Unfortunately, my nails weren’t done properly, and communication was hindered by staff speaking in their native language.
